Fire Management system

In our initiatives, we have designed and crafted a sophisticated Fire Risk System, strategically installed in multiple buildings across South Africa. The collaborative efforts with FRS (Fire Risk System Limited) were instrumental in shaping and executing this project successfully. The partnership contributed significantly to the overall development, ensuring the effective implementation of the Fire Evacuation System in diverse structures throughout the region. We have integrated LoRa Wan technology, GPS modules, DWIN LCD, amplifiers, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and BMS in FRS.

PCB of Vape Device

The compact 4-layer PCB, measuring 23.5mm by 13.1mm, is designed for integration into vape devices to detect and count user puffs. With a compact footprint, this PCB is suitable for integration into small vape devices without compromising functionality or performance. Overall, this vape device offers a robust and compact solution for vape manufacturers seeking to enhance user experience and provide valuable insights into vaping habits.

Smart Glasses

These smart glasses are designed to assist handicapped individuals in controlling the mouse cursor of a computer or mobile device using head movements. It features a printed circuit board and firmware for seamless functionality. The MPU9250 gyro sensor tracks head movements and provides precise tracking. The system also includes a Battery Management System (BMS) for efficient battery utilization, managing charging, discharging, temperature, and safeguarding against overcharging or over-discharging.

Smart Shoe

The smart shoe project is an innovative venture aiming to revolutionize the footwear industry by developing shoes that prioritize adaptability and comfort. Utilizing cutting-edge materials and ergonomic design principles, the shoes will seamlessly conform to the wearer’s movements, providing enhanced flexibility and support.

Home Automation

This innovative home automation project utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) mesh networking technology to create a comprehensive smart home solution. With the capability to control various home devices and monitor environmental conditions remotely, it offers unparalleled convenience, comfort, and security for homeowners.

Vending Machine

The incorporation of the “Stripe” terminal introduces advanced payment capabilities to the vending machine. This technology, not yet introduced in Pakistan, facilitates seamless and secure electronic transactions, providing a modern and convenient payment experience for users.

Wireless Charger

The wireless charger project is designed to provide a compact and efficient charging solution for Apple Watches. Featuring a 4-layer PCB and incorporating advanced components such as the STWBC86 wireless charging IC from ST Electronics, a Type-C connector, and a BMS (Battery Management System) utilizing the TP4056 chip, this charger offers seamless functionality and reliable performance.

Bubble Loo

The device is a toilet cleaner dispenser that releases form that covers the surface of the water in the toilet bowl. This material breaks up the impact of waste hitting the water and prevents splashing back up onto the user’s skin. The device should be attachable and able to dispense the material automatically when triggered by a motion sensor or at the push of a button. It should be made of materials that are durable and easy to clean, with a battery or electrical system for power.
